These Terms govern access to and use of SAHN – The Courtyard website and services.
Nature of the Property
SAHN is a privately owned estate. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a reservation.
Reservation Requests
Reservations are confirmed only upon written confirmation from SAHN.
Guest Eligibility
SAHN reserves the right to decline enquiries or reservations that are inconsistent with estate capacity, operational requirements, safety considerations or the guest experience.
Occupancy
Only approved guests may occupy the estate.
Events and Gatherings
All celebrations, retreats and events require prior disclosure and approval.
Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:

- •Avoid unlawful activities
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Safety
Guests use all facilities, including the swimming pool and outdoor areas, at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Force Majeure
SAHN shall not be liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content, photography, designs and branding remain the property of SAHN.
Limitation of Liability
SAHN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or estate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
