Reservation & Stay Policies
To preserve the experience, privacy and character of SAHN, the following policies apply to all reservations and stays.
Reservation Approval
All reservations are subject to review and confirmation. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.
Minimum Stay
Minimum stay requirements may apply during weekends, holidays and peak periods.
Check-In
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Guest Registration
All guests may be required to provide valid identification prior to arrival.
Occupancy Limits
Occupancy limits are determined by reservation type and guest composition. Additional guests require prior approval.
Visitors
Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Events & Celebrations
All gatherings, celebrations and events must be disclosed during the enquiry process. Additional terms may apply depending on the scale and nature of the event.
Noise Policy
SAHN is intended for peaceful gatherings. Excessive noise, amplified entertainment and disruptive activities may not be permitted.
Children
Children are welcome. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision at all times.
Swimming Pool
Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pets
Pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the residence is strictly prohibited.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are provided during the stay.
Security Deposit
Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit.
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of reservation confirmation.
Refund Policy
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the reservation terms provided during confirmation.
Right of Refusal
SAHN reserves the right to refuse or terminate occupancy where guest conduct materially impacts safety, property preservation or the guest experience.
Some places welcome guests.
Others welcome only the people you bring.
